Brooke Blankenship is currently in pursuit of her Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering. Her academic interests include biomechanics, physiology, and circuit design. At George Mason University, she has aided in the experimental design to study the quantification of muscle fatigue in the Biceps Brachii by use of ultrasound as well as oximetry. While not attending class or working in the lab, Brooke is a member of the George Mason Women’s Softball team. As an athlete, this is why she is interested in the inner workings of the human body as well as why she chose to aid in the study of muscle fatigue.
