Mohamed Lahlou is a senior in Bioengineering at Mason. He is a memeber of BMES and works with Dr. Sikdar in his ultrasound imaging lab. He is currently working on developing and improving an algorithm to decode muscles’ movements in the forearm using ultrasound imaging, as a means to control upper limb prostheses .  His aspirations are to work for a biomedical corporation, designing and developing prosthetic devices.  He currently also works for Red Lobster and a Saturday Therapeutic Recreation camp for special needs children in Fairfax.
